COLOR

ABOUT US
#SEECOLOR was founded by two high school seniors from Jacksonville, Florida in response to the wrongful murder of George Floyd by four police officers in Minneapolis, Minnesota. They realized that teenagers do not have enough say in lawmaking that directly affects people of color. Consequently, they decided to start the #SEECOLOR movement as a way to voice the opinions of teenagers on the subject of racism, especially targeted towards BIPOC communities.
They are dedicated to raising awareness through objectively educating the public of the racial injustices committed by people of power towards people of color. They aim to expose the unlawful actions of those in authority by encouraging fellow teenagers to act on the violence and #SEECOLOR.

THANK YOU
We wouldn't have been able to successfully provide a platform without all our student writers willing to express their possibly polarizing opinions. It takes bravery and effort to so clearly communicate ideas on such sensitive subjects. So thank you.
